We've been getting a lot of people asking how they can help, so we've created this meal-train page for Kassandra. As you may know, Lincoln was taken by ambulance to the PICU at PCH for kidney failure from E. Coli infection. He has had several blood transfusions, platelets, and is hooked up to continuous dialysis. He is expected to recover, but the doctors predict it will be a long road, and he will be inpatient for a month receiving treatments. Kassandra will be staying at the hospital with him and has no plans to go home while Lincoln is inpatient, so you can imagine she could use some help with feeding herself some good food without having to think about it. Meal delivery is very convenient and easy to do on our phones, so anything helps! She cannot pick her own meals right now, so literally anything you choose and send she would be so thankful for. This is an emotional and stressful time, and we want to make sure Kassandra is re-fueling and re-charging, so she can keep herself healthy and stay at Lincoln's bedside to snuggle, support, and love on him! Kassandra is not picky, and has no allergies or food sensitivities. So anything goes. She also really enjoys coffee.
