Story
Baby Phoenix has been struggling to gain weight since his birth in January of this year. At his routine weight check last Wednesday he had lost weight. Because of the loss his doctor had blood work done which showed severe deficiencies in very important electrolytes that primarily affect the heart, brain, and kidneys. His mom and dad, Torin and Gary respectively, rushed him to their local Children’s Hospital where he was quickly admitted. The doctors describe him as a very sick medical mystery. For now they are working on replenishing his deficiencies and once that’s done they can begin exploring what is causing them. He has a whole team of nephrologists, endocrinologists, and pediatricians working to figure out how to help their little guy. Torin and Gary are with him around the clock but have 4 other very worried children at home with their grandma, Susan. We are asking for your support in raising funds to help Grandma Susan care for their other children as well as help the family stay on top of bills, rent, and medical expenses while at the hospital indefinitely. Thank you for your donations, good vibes and prayers, and for sharing this fundraiser with your friends!!
Special Notes
