So as most of you know Fred has been patiently waiting for a kidney and through an unfortunate loss of an old high school friends son,   he was able to receive one. He is doing well, and so far so good.  He is scheduled to come home today and Karen could definitely use help with dinners and such while she focuses on taking care of Fred and they kids, and through this hopefully herself.
