Meals for Mr. B will support Brian as he recovers from his surgery.  

He will need groceries for breakfast and lunch.  It would probably also be a good idea to get some paper plates, napkins, disposable tableware, etc.  It might also be a good idea to bring some Ziploc baggies for left-over storage. 

Brian doesn't have much freezer space, so bringing a whole casserole may not be a good idea.  But if you could make half a casserole, that would probably work for him.

Bring everything in disposable containers.  Brian isn't good about returning dishes and I don't think he has a dishwasher.
