Some of you may know that our admin (a.k.a. QUEEN B) has been struggling with health issues, like BAD. She is too proud to ask for help, but I’m not! This girl would do anything for any one of us. It’s our turn to give a little of that immense love back to her, in her desperate time of support. She is experiencing unbearable pain, which, in turn, leaves her unable to cook, grocery shop, clean, walk her dog, even work! Let's all rally together to show her some love and ensure that she is fed and well taken care of. If you can provide Keto-friendly meals, she would greatly appreciate it. She is trying so hard to stick with her health plan, but each day seems to get harder with this excruciating pain. This meal train can include home-cooked meals or takeout, walking her Scrappy Doo, helping with laundry or vacuuming (it kills her to move, even inches). If you are too far or don’t have the time to help, consider sending her some flowers, even a thoughtful card.
