Story
The Magoffin Veterans Shelter, located at 1307 Magoffin Avenue, is home to twenty homeless Veterans on any given evening. Both men and women are welcome. Beginning October 7, 2024, we initiate renovations within the kitchen with the primary focus being the installation of a commercial grade, kitchen exhaust hood to replace the existing. The work is to be completed within a two-week period from October 7 through the 20th. It is for this reason that community support for the provision of breakfast, lunch and dinner would help tremendously.
Special Notes
As with all our meals we have a strong focus on providing nutritional meals with a balance of fruits, vegetables, protein, grains, and dairy. We thank you in advance for your assistance, if you are able to help and claim a meal. Please use the personal note to recipient field to provide us a name (individual/organization), point of contact if organizations, and a means by which to contact you (cell, etc.).
