Olivia Urbanek is scheduled to have surgery to remodel her skull on May 12 at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas. She has Lambdoid Craniosynostosis. &nbsp; &nbsp;The family will also be moving into a new home the&nbsp;&nbsp;following week. 

&nbsp;This family is always helping others so we would like to take the time to give back.&nbsp;
