So, I went to a yoga retreat, chasing my dreams of enlightenment and inner peace. And while it was life-changing in some ways, what I came back with wasn’t exactly the calm zen vibes I was hoping for—nope, instead, I returned with a torn meniscus. Yep, you read that right. After hobbling around for the last 4 months like a one-legged flamingo, I’m finally getting this mess fixed so I can get back to my zen mode. And guess what my Valentine’s Day gift to myself is?
