Sandra is heading home after open heart surgery and is still struggling with simple everyday tasks. She will be having home visits for physical therapy but will need assistance with basic care; things that Raymond will have a hard time assisting with. We are asking that for the first two weeks of recovery at home that anyone that can assist sign up for a care shift (time listed is just an idea and can be adjusted in the afternoon) or that you drop off or deliver a meal to assist Raymond with the some of the burden. Any help is greatly appreciated to get her back on her feet as quickly as possible! Thank you!
