This page was created out of love and support for my sister-in-law, Lucretia. She was in a terrible accident on Thursday, March 11th. She is a mail carrier for the city of South Beloit Post Office. She was on her normal route delivering mail and was struck by a Semi Truck that did not stop at the 4 way stop at the intersection of Willowbrook and Prairie Hill. She was in ICU for several days with severe internal injuries, neck injuries, broken pelvis ( 3 spots) and broken tail bone. She miraculously survived and is at home now recovering. Many people are asking what they can do. Any love and support is appreciated during this time. Words of encouragement, gift cards to Schnucks, Meijer, Walmart, any local restaurants, Hello Fresh or Door Dash are a few ideas. Lucretia has a long recovery ahead so any way to make things easier for her husband, daughter and family during this time would be wonderful.
