Hello, my name is Lori Dudley and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this. My dearest friends David and Melissa are going through a very challenging time. Melissa’s mom has been in an assisted living facility for almost a year now. They visit her just about every day while working around their schedules. Just recently, Melissa’s dad has been hospitalized for stroke-like symptoms among other issues that are compounding his illness. As you can imagine, caring for 2 parents in 2 separate facilities that are 10+ and 34+ miles away from home takes a lot of driving. Melissa has had to stop working the last 3+ weeks in order to care for her parents. David and Melissa are also caring for their elderly uncle in their home. I have set this up for them to be able to receive gift cards for DoorDash (when they’re spending many hours at the hospital) Wawa or other gas cards to help with driving, and Margaritas gift cards because David has Celiac and they have many options for gluten free meals. Melissa is one of the most selfless, giving, and generous people I’ve ever met. She is always the first to help others in need, and now it’s our turn to help her in her time of overwhelming need.
