Stellar's own Mary, "Mimi", Brown was hit by a car while cycling in Clermont, Florida. She was taken by ambulance to Orlando where they found she had a broken clavicle, head contusion, and deep lacerations on her elbow. Mimi's husband travels and is currently not home to help so we are hoping to support her with easy, one-handed, and healthy meals. Not local? No problem!
