During the Covid-19 pandemic, we were all isolated from our friends and loved ones. At this time, we realized that the elderly residing in health care settings have limited interaction and communication with their community at all times. Due to restrictions on physical interactions due to Covid-19, we devised a pen pal program to connect the elderly with their community, bringing them joy each day.
