Tanner Schaunaman was walking home Sunday night when he was hit by a car. The car fled the scene and it has been reported to the police. Tanner suffered a broken pelvis, wrist and fractured his back. Surgery lasted 4 hours on Monday and he will be in the hospital for several days. He cannot stand or walk for 10-12 weeks so he has a long road ahead of him. Tanner is moving back in with his parents to receive the support he needs.
